Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days. If over 15 days after you receive the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Because our products are completely organic, the shelf life is shorter than other products, so unfortunately we cannot support longer return times.
If you have purchased products and would like to refund the purchase, the products would need to be un-used and not damaged. You can then email us requesting a refund, then post your products to our returns depot ( We will send in email ).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as the request is communicated in under 15 days of you receiving your products.
Easy Return and Exchange Process:
- Email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org ! If you would like to make an exchange, in the email state which item you are wanting in exchange in your initial request.
- Make sure all of the accessories are packaged in their boxes and with their Cards of Authenticity (if these are not included with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed). Drop the return off at your local post office and monitor your tracking number as your return makes its way back to us.
- When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given (minus any shipping costs that were paid). Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the accessory(ies) you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
